FOR PRINTING SERVICES (poster / fine art prints, business cards, post cards, book printing, etc) please use the "Not Listed" section of the order form below.

Please use this section for ordering items:
 - Which do not appear in the frequently order items list
 - Ordering printing services (business cards, post cards, poster, fine art, etc)
            When ordering poster and fine art media, please use text box to indicated quantity along with each file name.

If shipping information is different from your contact information, (i.e. hotel, friends, relative or other) please enter information in shipping info box below.

Once your artwork has been received, reviewed and accepted for printing, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the total due (total will include price and s&h)*.  You can pay via your PayPal account or you can use the credit card payment option on the invoice.  Your invoice will be sent via Invoice@imPhotoGraphics.com 

*Please note for deliveries within NYS, sale tax will be added to your final invoice.

If you need additional information on how to set up your artwork, please visit our FAQ section on our website.  Then go to www.imPhotoGraphics.com and click on 'send files' link to submit your artwork.

•  Open and inspect all packages immediately upon delivery
•  No returns accepted on custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics
•  All shipments are sent via confirmed address submitted at time of order; please ensure that there is someone to accept your packages.  We are NOT responsible for lost or missing deliveries.  We ship all packages insured, if you suspect your package is lost or missing we will do our best to file an investigation, but if you require an immediate replacement you will be charged as a new order.  Once the investigation is complete and the shipper provides payment only then you will be credited back the second payment.
•  If defective hardware is found, we will offer a replacement of equal or similar item
•  Because we have a limited time frame to file claims for shipping damage or lost, any damage not reported within 5 business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
