• Open and inspect all packages immediately upon delivery
• No returns accepted on custom displays and customized products, including orders with custom text, imprinting or graphics
• All shipments are sent via confirmed address submitted at time of order; please ensure that there is someone to accept your packages. We are NOT responsible for lost or missing deliveries. We ship all packages insured, if you suspect your package is lost or missing we will do our best to file an investigation, but if you require an immediate replacement you will be charged as a new order. Once the investigation is complete and the shipper provides payment only then you will be credited back the second payment.
• If defective hardware is found, we will offer a replacement of equal or similar item
• Because we have a limited time frame to file claims for shipping damage or lost, any damage not reported within 5 business days of delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
