2024 Tentative Conference Schedule

Wednesday, October 2, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Exhibitor set up
Thursday, October 3, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Exhibitor set up and registration starting at 6:30 AM. All exhibitors must be setup by 7:30 AM.
  • Conference attendees present from 7:30 AM
  • Exhibits open all day from 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 3 dedicated morning and afternoon break times in Exhibit Hall between sessions
Friday, October 4, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Conference attendees present from 7:30 AM
  • Exhibits open from 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 2 dedicated am break times near/in (TBD) Exhibit Hall between sessions
  • Exhibitor tear down from 12 - 1 PM. If you plan to leave earlier, please notify us.

Exhibitor Terms

Exhibits: Exhibit space is limited and will be made available on a first come first served basis. All exhibits are subject to event approval. Exhibitors must comply with all hotel/venue rules. Payment is required with all reservations. Registrants are responsible for any NSF check fees or similar costs. Reservations cannot be guaranteed without payment. 

Sub Leasing Space or Space Sharing:  Exhibitor shall not allow any other corporation person or other entity to use the space allotted to the Exhibitor, nor shall the Exhibitor display articles or materials that are not those of the Exhibitor. 

Electricity & Internet Access: Electricity and wired internet access must be coordinated directly with the hotel/venue and paid for at the Exhibitor’s expense. Information to request these items will be sent to you prior to the event. 

Shipping of Materials: Shipping of materials must be coordinated directly with the hotel/venue and paid for at the Exhibitor’s expense. Information on shipping will be sent closer to the event.

Liability: Exhibitors assume full responsibility for compliance with local, city and state safety, fire and health laws, ordinances and regulations regarding the installation and operation of the exhibit. Event does not guarantee exhibitors against loss, damage or theft of any kind. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Many Faces of Community Health and the hotel/venue. If the premises are defaced or damaged by any act of negligence by any exhibitor, its agents or guests, the exhibitor will pay for all expenses incurred and any damages to physical property caused by exhibitors, or other contractors engaged for the purpose of moving exhibits and equipment into and out of the building. 

Payment: Payment must be made at registration or at least 14 days prior to the event. If payment is not received, the exhibitor space will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations 59-30 days prior to the event will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations 29-15 days prior to the event will receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the date of the event.  Should any circumstances beyond the control of, and not the fault of Many Faces of Community Health prevent the conference from being held as scheduled, no fees shall be returned.  Individual insurance coverage shall be the responsibility of the individual exhibitor.
