Thank you for your interest in booking the River Arts Center for your event!

The River Arts Center can accommodate nearly any need from small meetings to large scale productions.  Please use this form to express interest in reserving our facility.  Once received, we will respond with availability and information.

Events must be scheduled with a minimum of 10 days notice.

The River Arts Center season runs from September 1st through August 31st each year.  Scheduling each season opens to the general public on May 1st.  Annual events that have occurred at least 2 consecutive years in the same time slot may schedule before the May 1st window.  After May 1st, all events are scheduled as "first come, first serve".

Requested times will be held as tentative for 10 days, and will be considered scheduled once the required security deposit, signed rental agreement, and certificate of liability insurance is received.

All requests are subject to availability, scheduling restrictions and safety requirements.
