Purpose: Fill out this Form to opt-out of the AGD Region 17 CE Google Classroom, if you wish to be removed from the Classroom for any reason. You may rejoin at any time by completing the companion opt-in Form on our website, as long as you are still a current Region 17 member.
Instructions: Enter your AGD number and the email address associated with your AGD account. If they match our current membership roster, any emails associated with your AGD number will be disinvited/removed from the Google Classroom.
Notes:
-If you have previously linked a Google Classroom email address to your AGD account, please use the address associated with your AGD account in this Form, not the address associated with the Google Classroom.
-If you do not have an email address associated with your AGD account, you do not need to complete this form.
-If other members are using the same email address for access to the Google Classroom, the address will not be disinvited/removed.
-You may receive an email at the address entered on this form for notification purposes.
