Family Ministry Survey
Family Ministries is a integral part of our church family. Small groups have been the latest buzz in Christian discipleship now for several years. However, small groups have been around since God created humankind…He just called them by a different name…families. It is our desire to assist you in your family dynamics , whatever that might look like. Please take a few minutes to respond to the following items, as they relate to your family in accordance with the needs and interests of your family and our community. Your response is important to us. Thank you!
