The intention of the Espanola Fibre Arts Festival is to provide exciting and interesting opportunities for artists and the public to engage in the world of fibre arts. Sales, demonstrations, exhibits, book signings, lectures and classes are all part of a well rounded festival.• Applications, must be received by May 17, 2019. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Accepted applicants will be notified by e-mail and booth payment arrangements will be made at that time.• Because space is limited, not all applicants may be accepted for the Market. A waiting list will be developed and applicants will be notified via e-mail if space becomes available.
Eligibility Criteria• All, hand made products will be hand crafted, by the applicant, and in some way relate to fibre arts unless otherwise approved by the committee• Only fibre arts related equipment, supplies, books and related notions may be displayed• We consider the following to fall into our 'fibre arts' definition: basketry, bobbin lace, crocheting, dyeing, embroidery, felting, knitting, leather work, needle arts, millinery, paper arts, quilting, rug hooking, spinning, tapestry, tatting, weaving & wood working
