You are invited to participate in Lakeside's affinity groups for parents and guardians. If you are new to Lakeside, please fill out this brief questionnaire and we will email you with more information about upcoming affinity group meetings. If you are a returning family and have signed up in past years, please fill out this questionnaire each year. We are not rolling over membership from year to year.
