Survey: Depression - A Founder's Companion
What triggers this state? How do we endure? How do we care and share? How can we communicate, empathize, ask for and offer help?

We invite you to share your thoughts, wisdom and experiences. In our quest to understand and explore ways of supporting each other, we are gathering your stories.

We will curate, edit and publish select experiences gathered from a variety of sources. Your experiences may help someone along the way. Our collective intention for this exercise is well stated in Emily Dickinson's poem:

If I can ease one life the aching,
Or cool one pain,
Or help one fainting robin
Unto his nest again,
I shall not live in vain....
