What triggers this state of stress, anxiety or depression? How do we endure? How do we care and share? How can we communicate, empathize, ask for and offer help?
We will curate, edit and publish select experiences gathered from a variety of sources. Your experiences may help someone along the way. Our collective intention for this exercise is well stated in Emily Dickinson's poem:
