Expanding Horizons 2021 Summer Camps Registration Form
The Expanding Horizons Summer Camps will take place in June and July at multiple sites. All camps are FREE OF CHARGE. All camps will provide FREE breakfast and lunch to camp attendees. Camps will feature activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, & Mathematics (STEAM) and will connect to Career and Technical Education (CTE).
The camps are funded through grants secured by the Umpqua Valley STEAM Hub and its CTE partners. The camps offer experiences that align with CTE programs of study in our Middle and High schools and Umpqua Community College.

Please use ONE registration form per student. At the end of this application you will have the opportunity to start another application.
