MCHS 18+ Student Vaccine Clinic Signup
Due to a pause in the administration of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine in Indiana, we will be canceling the Friday, April 16 COVID vaccine clinic at MCHS. We will keep you updated if we are able to reschedule this clinic.
In the meantime, HealthLinc has many appointments readily available (including next-day appointments!) at their 710 Franklin Street location for the Moderna vaccine for ages 18+. To schedule an appointment, call (888) 580-1060. This location is open Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm.
FEMA also has a "pop up" clinic currently operating in LaPorte (April 13-17), where they are administering the Pfizer vaccine. This is for anyone age 16+. No appointment is necessary.
