NHCS sent Primary Households Parents an email with instructions to complete the Annual Update in July. The link in that email expired in August. If you have tried to access your Parent Portal and cannot access it, please complete the form below. Responses will be via the email address that you provide and include your username and temporary password.
The Annual Update needs to be completed by one parent for all students in the household prior to October 1st as it will allow parents to make changes to contact information and emergency contact lists. (After October 1st you will be able to request changes through your parent portal.)
All information provided on this form is voluntary and will be verified in Infinite Campus prior to any response being sent.
