Please surrender this form one week before the entry deadline for the race. Make sure there are still entries available and that the race has not sold out. If the race is already full you can’t gain an entry with a freebie.

Age limits - Night races entrants must be 16 or over.  10k 17 or over

20 & 1/2 and Severn Bridge 10k require two freebies, WyeDean Ultra is 4 credits.  All other races are one credit.
Freebies can not be transferred to friends – only family.
