2026 Village for a Day Application Form

Boxborough's Economic Development Committee is excited to present our second Village for a Day. The community event will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 (rain date October 17) from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. along Mass Ave and at the intersections of Stow and Middle Roads. This one-day event will transform the area into a walkable village center, complete with temporary sidewalks, crosswalks, and pop-up spaces for businesses, organizations, artists, and artisans.

Businesses and community organizations are invited to apply for space in our "Village" by setting up a table/canopy in designated spaces to showcase, sell, or promote products and services, as well as connect Boxborough residents with local businesses. The event will be promoted by the Town's Economic Development Committee and there is no cost to join.

While we anticipate there to be ample space for all applicants, we ask that you submit this application before September 25th.
