Virtual Career Panels are an opportunity for employers and organizations to share their workforce development and personal experiences, allowing youth to connect their academic work to their professional aspirations. For employers, it is an opportunity to engage multiple departments within your organization and “give back” to the community in which you do business. PYN will support employers and youth in their preparation, as well as coordinate the actual Career Day. Your role as a participating employer is to identify a representative within your company, and participate in the prep sessions.
