Our catalogs are mailed to all Annandale and Maple Lake District residents three times per year (Summer, Fall, Winter/Spring). If you misplaced, lost or did not receive the current catalog, you may request one by filling out the following form. If you do not live within the District, but would like to receive our catalogs, you may also fill out the request form, and the most current catalog will be sent to you.
