Hello and thank you for considering Rick Yniguez and Home Loan Headquarters as your trusted advisor and mortgage professional!  All I can tell you from the start is, we are different.

We conduct our Homebuying or Refinance Counseling with you 7 days a week, around your work and life schedule, and from the comfort of your own home via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.  You could be my neighbor, and I will still tell you to meet me virtually.  😊  This service is free and is what we consider vital for your homebuying or refinancing plans.



Without needing to provide sensitive information, you will receive:

1.  All financing options available to you based on your needs/wants.

2.  A ballpark assessment of your debt, credit, income and assets.

3.  Max qualifications for the type of properties you are shopping for.

4.  Your Comfort Zone for what you want to spend per month, desired cashflow, and any other financial scenarios.

5.  Your desired purchase price range determined by your Comfort Zone and financing options.



All we will need from each borrower during the consultation is:

1.  One month of income calculations (have your income statements and #s available). If self-employed, have your taxes handy with you to read info.

2.  A list of your minimum payments to all your debt, to include any housing expenses you pay if you own property.

3.  What you know your credit score is, the last time you saw it, and how.



That’s it!  We ask that you join us on the biggest screen you have so we can share comprehensive information on screen.  You will also walk away with a copy of your Homebuying / Refinance Qualification Worksheet.  I also recommend that anyone significant in your homebuying or refinancing decision also be present during our meeting.
