Faculty Mentor Development Program
Thank you so much for your interest in our research study on faculty mentorship (NIH-funded study: U01GM132175) . The purpose of the study is to determine whether mentor-based training interventions will enhance the mentoring outcomes of faculty mentors and mentees.
If you agree to participate as a mentor, you could be assigned to either the online only or the online + Zoom mentor development program. Subsequently, you may be randomly invited to participate in a bimonthly mentor network tele-mentoring intervention. Participation in the study is completely voluntary. The online program may take up to 12 hours, and the Zoom program will take up to 1 hour per week for 8 weeks.
