4. Entry Registration: Submit complete details through this Google Form; each attended booking with the correct code = 1 raffle entry. 1 Google Form submission may cover multiple bookings.

5.  Participants may submit multiple entries, with no limit during the campaign period.

6. Raffle Draw: February 10, 2026 (2:00 PM). Winners will be notified through their registered email address, mobile number, and Philippine registered mail.

7. Participants can earn unlimited entries, provided all entries meet the required criteria.
