CSIH MentorNet - Application form for Mentors (2020)
CSIH MentorNet connects Students and Young Professionals (SYPs) interested in global health with experts in the field for discussion and coaching over a period of eight months.

Thank you for your interest in MentorNet, a unique program that connects students and young professionals (SYPs) interested in global health with experts experienced in the field. We are excited that you are interested in becoming a mentor for our program!

Please fill in this brief form to help us understand your interests and allow us to match you to an interested Student Young Professional (SYP).

Applications for the 2020 MentorNet program will be accepted until Monday, January 6th, 2020 (11:59 PM EST).

Mentors will receive a complimentary 1 year CSIH membership. Information about membership can be found here: http://www.csih.org/en/about/membership

As you apply, please remember;

1. A 10 - 12 month commitment is required for the program; TWO to FOUR HOURS PER MONTH to check in with the Mentee and support them in their development.

2. ONLY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS will be contacted.

3. Successful applicants are notified by late January. You have 5 days to share your continued interest in the program upon receipt of the Applicant Update. If we do not hear from you, we will offer the spot to another candidate.
