Penguicon Ribbon Order Form
* Due to budgetary constraints this year we are unable to lock in pricing by committing to a specific ribbon order size. As a result, we will be locking in pricing based on order volume and invoicing once we know how many ribbons we will need to order.
* Ribbon orders are due before ***February 29, 2020 at 11:59:59 PM EDT***.
* We will be invoicing and locking in prices on ***March 1, 2020***
* You will have until ***March 14, 2020 at 11:59:59 PM EDT*** to confirm your order by paying the invoice
* Only ribbons that have been paid in full will be ordered.
* Any orders sent to Hodges Badge Company Inc. directly will not be part of the official Penguicon order. Penguicon takes no responsibility for those orders, nor will we handle payment for them.
* Penguicon is not responsible for mistakes made by Hodges Badge Company, Inc. nor the member, but we will seek to help get mistakes corrected or a refund if possible. Members are responsible for their color choices and spelling.

The words that will appear on your ribbon. 50 character maximum recommended. Be advised that long phrases will print in smaller font in order to fit. Penguicon will not be responsible for font sizes.

Minimum quantity is 25. Cost is per ribbon will be determined based on final order size. There is also a PayPal processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30. In addition we have shipping fees this year of 8% of the purchase price and will be collecting the MI Sales Tax of 6%.
