11:00 AM-12:30 PM – Intro to WeightliftingLearn a variety of weightlifting exercises with proper form through a demo-style class.
12:30 PM-1:30 PM –Educational SessionKim will discuss how to keep your body hydrated before and after a workout. She will also provide sample meals on what your body needs to maintain a well-balanced diet. Lunch will be provided by Rensselaer Dining.
