Hello, program leader or fellow-traveling individual! This is the application to become an Affiliate of the
Summer Mathematics Programs Consortium.
The description of affiliate criteria, along with affiliate benefits and responsibilities, is

The timeline for the 2025–2026 application process is:
- Applications for new individual and program affiliates are open November 1–17, reviewed soon after the application window closes.
- We will review applications in November, following up as needed for discussion with applicants, and finalize decisions by the start of December. Once a new Member/Affiliate is invited to join, the next steps are Member/Affiliate agreement forms and committee assignments, and the 2026 cohort will begin January 1st, 2026.
- Any applications not approved for Affiliate status will receive further guidance.
