Please complete the following questions to apply for the 2026 Berkeley Ensemble Autumn Chamber Music Course by Sunday 26 April 2026 (midnight).  The first half of the form asks for contact and practical information, and the latter gives you an opportunity to tell us about your musical experience, playing standard, and musical preferences. 

Payment: a non-refundable deposit of £195 is due on application.  However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to place individual players of similar ability into chamber ensemble combinations with suitable repertoire then the deposit will be refunded in full.  The balance of £300 (£275 for those taking advantage of our Refer a Friend offer) is due on confirmation of a place.  Our payment process has changed and we are now using Stripe to host our payments.
