Informal mentorship network
We are aware that current and former Dartmouth trainees have voids in the mentorship and support network that is essential to flourishing in science and beyond. We can fill these gaps! Complete this form to be included in a professional support network to help provide the mentorship the trainees from Dartmouth deserve as they continue their scientific careers. (See current list here:

This list is for informal professional mentorship. By signing on, you are volunteering to provide services such as reading papers, grant proposals, advising about job searches, etc. You also are providing implicit support for students and committing not to tolerate or perpetuate toxic environments in the future. We are not asking anyone to formally mentor on issues of harassment, assault, or abuse, although those of you who have expertise in these areas or other matters (e.g. representation and diversity for URM students, LGBQTI, mental health) are free to mention this in the comments section if you are professionally qualified and trained to offer such support. We are not vetting mentorship volunteers at this time, so we trust people have positive intentions in signing on.
This list is growing quickly, and may be of use to other trainees in toxic environments. Please note below if you would be open to being contacted by students unaffiliated with Dartmouth as well.
Thank you for committing to provide the support and mentorship these trainees deserve! Please contact any of us for questions or concerns.
