We have a fixed cost for the course, however we are trying to be as flexible as possible to accommodate people with different financial means.
Students from Western countries are encouraged to pay the full fee, to enable students from the Balkan economic area to pay the lower rate if needed.

However for the sake of variety we also want some people from further afield, so we have allocated a quota for people from outside of south east Europe.
