GENERAL GUIDELINES

-Please keep a copy of the completed submission form for your records.

-Guided visits are available for grades PK-12.

-Self-guided visits are available for grades PK-12. In order to participate in a self-guided visit, teachers are required to visit di Rosa prior to their tour for planning purposes.

-Guided visits are between 45 minutes and two hours in length. You will determine how long you would like your visit to be.

-di Rosa's gallery teachers will make every effort to select developmentally appropriate artworks that are not in proximity to mature content.

-Teachers are encouraged to preview exhibitions prior to their field trip free of charge.

-Please complete this form no later than 3 weeks prior to your requested date.

-You will be contacted within one week to confirm receipt of your reservation.
