Dear Parents/Guardians,

We would like to inform you that your child is able to participate in the BackPack Program, a program of the East Texas Food Bank. The program, which is being offered at your child's school, is dedicated to improving the lives of East Texas children by providing backpacks full of kid-friendly, shelf-stable foods to elementary age students over the weekend.

Your permission is needed for your child to participate in the BackPack Program. Please indicate if you would like for your child to participate by completing the form below.
