K-Kids Volunteers
K-Kids is a club where Grissom students can volunteer in their community. Students will be involved in school-wide community service projects. Some community service projects will take place after school. After school activities will take place from 3:30-4:15 p.m. Your child may only need to stay 1-2 times during the year. Parents will be notified in advance when any after school activities are to take place so they may arrange transportation for their child. Students who stay after school will stay with Mrs. Cruz Moran, Ms. Alpert, and Mrs. Thomas. Some after school activities will include card making, collecting flowers, and painting for community service.

I agree that I will provide transportation for my child from school to home on the day they stay to help after school. *
Is your child interested in being President, VP, or Secretary? (Those 3 officers will be required to stay after school for all events. Students must be from Grades 3-5 to hold an officer position. The positions will be decided through teacher recommendation. Mrs. Cruz Moran, Ms. Alpert, Mrs. Thomas and Dr. Arico will have the final decision). *
