Time: 10am - 3pm (Sign in begins at 9am. Please note that pre-registration is required. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins on the day of the event.)

Location: MacDonald Hall, Isaiah Tubbs Resort - 1642 County Road 12, West Lake
There is ample FREE PARKING on site.

WLCA Members: $20.00
(Price includes morning refreshments and lunch catered by the resort)

  • Please complete a SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH PERSON you wish to register for the event. (You can do this by following the link to submit another response which you will see once you have completed the form.)
  • *IMPORTANT* - You will not receive confirmation of your registration until after your payment has been received. 
  • Payment can be made either by e-transfer to westlakeca.pec@gmail.com or by cash/cheque dropped off in the drop box at The Tambo Store  at 1368 County Road 12.  If you pay by e-transfer, please add the Registrant's name as well as the word, "symposium" to the messages section of the transfer.
