KYACAC College Proposal Form- FALL 2023
Submit your college fair proposal using the form below. Please read all the information listed below prior to submission.

Before completing this form, please review calendars of all school systems who will be attending and avoid school closures, major holidays, ACT/SAT test dates, high school testing dates and KYACAC conferences.

To aid in the Calendar Committee's planning, please provide your top two dates (in order of preference) and indicate all time windows that would accommodate your program. If listing an alternative time, please remember that KYACAC events are held to a two hour time limit (unless there is an approved circumstance).

A member of the KYACAC College Fair committee will inform you if your program is approved, denied, or approved with needed modifications by June 23, 2023.

Important Dates to Note: 
  • KYACAC Fairs are not permitted prior to Sept. 4, but preferred after Sept. 8
  • College Counselor Information Exchange (CCIE): Friday, Sept. 8 in Louisville, KY
  • NACAC National College Fair: Saturday, Oct. 21 in Louisville, KY
  • KYACAC Conference: March TBD
