As a staff team, it is our job to ensure that people are following the server rules. To do that, sometimes we need help. This form helps us identify people who cause problems in the server.

If you are reporting someone in-game, then use the /report [report] command.

If you wish to report a member of staff, then it is recommended you directly contact a Director immediately.

Evidence will enable us to take action immediately. If you do not have evidence, you should still submit a report, as it allows us to document long-term patterns of behaviour. Screenshots, videos, and audio recordings, are all valid forms of evidence.
