Disclosure
In order to maintain affordable enrollment costs, each of our classes must meet the minimum enrollment requirements (6 students) at the beginning of the semester to be offered for the Fall 2025 semester. If a class does not meet capacity, we will not be able to offer that class for the Fall 2025 semester and students will be automatically disenrolled from the class. Unless the class drops below 4 students due to withdrawals, we will not cease offering classes if the class drops below the minimum enrollment requirements during the Fall semester.

Elaia Academy may close the registration of this ballet class early if capacity is met. We may also open registration for a secondary class of this level, if there is interest, and redirect students to the new class in order to balance class capacity.

1 hr. 15 minute class - $60 per month (15 weeks)

Paid Per-Season:
$240 per semester

*Payments must be maid on the 15th of the month prior. First payment due August 15th.

Tuition Policies

Due Date: 15th of each month. 

Payment/Registration: Tuition rates for regular classes are charged per month. Registration is for the entire semester.

Fees: $20 late fee; $45.00 returned check fee

Attendance: tuition is prorated and credited to the next month for missed classes as long as Elaia Academy is given 48 hr notice that a student will be absent from the class. Missed classes in May or December will not be credited/refunded but students may make up the session in another Elaia class.

Waivers
I understand that I must review/sign the liability waiver the first day of class and that failure to do so will result in automatic disenrollment.
Student Handbook
I understand that my dancer must abide by Elaia Academy's student handbook and that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action as addressed in the handbook which may include but not limited to: having to sit and watch class, suspension, or dismissal.
