Stockport Family Church uses personal data for general church administration and communication. SFC recognises the importance of the correct, lawful, and sensitive treatment of all personal data, including as described in relevant legislation. Further details are available from our website resources page. We periodically ask all those connected with the church for their permission for SFC to use their personal data. *
We will treat all your personal information as private and confidential and will not disclose any data about you to anyone other than church leadership and ministry coordinators, in order to facilitate the administration and day-to-day work of the church. We will use your data for two main purposes: a) day-to-day administration of the church, for example, pastoral care including calls and visits, preparation of ministry rotas, maintaining financial records of giving for audit and tax purposes, and b) contacting you to keep you informed, for example, by mailings of church events. *
If any of your details change, or you have any questions, please contact us asap. You can opt-out of any communications at any time. For those no longer in regular contact with the church, they will not be included in regular church communications, and any previously held data will be securely archived. *
If this is all OK, please complete below to confirm you have read this and give your consent for SFC to hold your personal data (including for any of your children under 16). Thank you! *
