Saving and returning to your application
At certain points, you will be given the option to save your application and return to it to make changes up until the closing deadline. However you MUST check the box indicating that your application is FINAL when you are totally happy with it.

You will be given this option after:
- entering your basic personal details including confirmation of the university you have applied for a place of study with
- the academic track record and work experience section
- the publications, performances and awards section
- the Your Fit with your School/Department, White Rose and your career aspirations section
- the Your Research Project Proposal section

If you choose to save and return to your application, you will be taken to a page offering you the chance to submit. If you choose submit at this point, you will be emailed a link to your part-completed application which will enable you to come back and make changes later. Your changes will not be made if you do not SUBMIT each time!

It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to return and complete the form right through to the FINAL PAGE where you will be asked to indicate that it is final and SUBMIT one last time it BEFORE the closing deadline of 17:00 GMT Wednesday 24 January 2018. If you do not do this, your application WILL NOT be considered.

You may find that you can still edit your application after you have indicated that it is final. Be aware that after you have indicated that the application is final, no further changes will be recorded.

You may wish to prepare your answers to each section before returning to the form so that you can cut and paste them in easily.

No extensions to this deadline are possible in the interests of fairness. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
