Cooking Matters is a free 6-week nutrition education course licensed by Share Our Strength and offered by Oregon Food Bank and community partners where participants gain skills and practice stretching their budget for food while preparing healthy options for themselves and their families.
Both programs also offer 1-time courses where facilitators may offer specific curriculum to meet the needs of community members unable to participate in 6-week courses.
