The Center for The Women of New York, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to women empowerment and gender equality since 1987.

To make this event a success, we are inviting you to donate your signature dish. For A Taste of the World at Fort Totten our goal is to offer attendees a wide array of foods and flavors celebrating our wonderful community and all of New York City.

Please note that the Center for the Women of New York will provide 8’ table with white linen, forks, spoons, plates, and napkins, signage with your restaurant’s name and tabletop sign listing the dish, listing on our event website, as well as in our event program, newsletter, email blasts, and social media posts.

On behalf of CWNY Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers, thank you for partnering with us on this special evening and for helping us raise essential funds to ensure that CWNY can continue to provide programming that benefits hundreds of women and their families.

IF YOU ARE PROVIDING A SIGNATURE DISH OR BEVERAGE, PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS.
If you are NOT providing a signature dish or beverage, please skip the following questions.
NAME AND DESCRIPTION OF TASTING MENU ITEM. Please list both the quantity and details of the food or beverage donation.
Is your restaurant able to  provide staffing of at least one person to serve at your table? *
Will your restaurant be able to load in at 4:00 PM, prepare the table to be ready to serve at 6:00 PM, and load out after 8:30PM? *
The event is outdoors on our front lawn and there will be no access to a stove, oven or microwave. Does your dish need chafing dishes and warmers? *
As a participating restaurant, we agree we are to prepare 150 tasting size portions, decorate or send decorations for our table (this can include having promotional materials); and, if you would like your logo to be included on your table sign, please send your logo as a JPEG or PNG file to events@cwny.org *
