Warranty Start Date is based on whichever is later: + Date of delivery of item to your house, + Collection date (from showroom or baby fair), + Baby's DOB (Submit after baby is born; You will need to present baby's birthcert for verification when you require technical assistance; Baby's DOB should not be more than 8 months after the purchase date).

It is best to SCAN & EMAIL TO YOURSELF & YOUR SPOUSE as receipts may fade. *** For Cordlife redemption customers, kindly note that your redemption letter will serve as your receipt. Warranty is non-transferable. We will require your original redemption letter and NRIC and/or baby's birthcert for verification purposes if technical assistance is required. We reserve the right to reject technical assistance to customers who do not produce warranty form & receipt.
All warranty is CARRY IN. Our office and contact details are as stated on the warranty form. Home servicing is available with a transport charge of $30, to be paid in cash to the technician directly.
