Warranty Submission (Haenim & Yelly)
This warranty submission is valid for the following products:
(1) Haenim UV Steriliser (2 YEARS WARRANTY)
(2) Haenim 7S Bluetooth Breast Pump (1 Year Warranty)
(3) Haenim 7A Pocket Breast Pump (1 Year Warranty)
(4) Haenim 9+ All in One Carrier (1 Year Warranty)
(5) Yelly Mat (Magic Sound Pen Only - 1 Year Warranty) --> Mat is covered under 7 days exchange (from date of purchase or date of delivery)

Warranty Start Date is based on whichever is later:
+ Date of delivery of item to your house,
+ Collection date (from showroom or baby fair),
+ Baby's DOB (Submit after baby is born; You will need to present baby's birthcert for verification when you require technical assistance; Baby's DOB should not be more than 8 months after the purchase date).

*** All customers are reminded to keep ORIGINAL COPIES of their warranty forms AND receipts for verification purposes if technical assistance is required. It is best to SCAN & EMAIL TO YOURSELF & YOUR SPOUSE as receipts may fade. ***

For Cordlife redemption customers, kindly note that your redemption letter will serve as your receipt. Warranty is non-transferable. We will require your original redemption letter and NRIC and/or baby's birthcert for verification purposes if technical assistance is required. We reserve the right to reject technical assistance to customers who do not produce warranty form & receipt.

All warranty is CARRY IN. Our office and contact details are as stated on the warranty form.
Home servicing is available with a transport charge of $30, to be paid in cash to the technician directly.
