Right Sizing the Budget: Comments and Questions
Right Sizing the Budget is a multi-year process to restructure, reorganize and reduce expenses to bring the district's spending in line with its revenues. While there are several factors contributing to a structural deficit, meaning expenses are outpacing revenue, we have reached the point that we must make $3.5 million in budget reductions in order to ensure a balanced 2020-21 budget.
