The Beginners Box for Therapists

SCOPE OF WORK:

The Beginner Box is a 6 week virtual starter course that will allow therapist's to learn the beginner skill sets to leverage their expertise in the start of their journey in the private practice sector!

Our Mission is to teach, engage, and grow skill sets with individuals to excel with starting up their private practice by using true experiences.

Our Target Population- Any License clinician in the state of Texas (i.e LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)

OUR PURPOSE
We are passionate about making sure mental health professionals engage in work that is meaningful to them. We will work together to ensure that your business and life are in alignment with your values, purpose, and goals while bringing you powerful clarity and a deep sense of empowerment.

OUR PLAN
You can build a cash pay, pro insurance practice or a hybrid. Our goal is to help you build a practice that is perfect for YOU. Our practice plan gives you the layout to establish a firm foundation to start your business journey.

Over a 6 week course you will experience, engage, and gain the following:
6 weekly 1 hour group sessions that occur weekly over the course of 6 week increments
Accountability partnerships throughout the course
Will be provided the necessary tools needed to start seeing clients and building your practice within the next 6 weeks.
Access to all weekly training recordings
Ability to engage in trainings from the comfort of your own home ( all trainings sessions will be conducted virtually)
Automatic enrollment in the Seat Box- VIP package

We will cover the following material below by using integrative practices:

Week 1- Meet the Basics-Pros and cons in Ownership
Week 2- Branding and Building your Avatar for your practice
Week 3- Your Visible Business Plan and Marketing tools
Week 4- Working with EHR Systems and Connections
Week 5- Business Basics and Growth
Week 6- Working the Plan
All sessions will be held Virtual ( The link will be sent to your email on file)

Week 2: Tuesday, May 2nd- 5:30pm- 6:30pm
Week 3: Tuesday, May 9th- 5:30pm- 6:30pm
Week 4: Tuesday, May 16th- 5:30pm-6:30pm
Week 5: Tuesday, May 23rd- 5:30pm-6:30pm
Week 6- Tuesday, May 30th- 5:30pm-6:30pm

Payment is due upon completion of sign up form.

Payment plan options below

1 time payment of $499.00 or
2 payments of 260.00- The first payment must be made to hold your spot and the second payment is due within 2 weeks after the initial payment is made.

Group Rules: 

1. Be mindful and respectful of others.

3. Do your best to participate and be ready to learn and take notes.
4. You are encouraged to have your video on at all times.
5. All confidential information discussed in the group will stay in the group.
6. Be encouraging of one another
7. Screenshots and recordings are only allowed by the trainer of the Beginner Box.
