HCMS Families: Please complete this form if you would like your student to use a locker for the 26-27 school year. A member of our Security Team will contact your student and provide the locker location and combination.

Student locker use is optional.

Under no circumstances should lockers be shared by students.

Students should not congregate near lockers.

Students will have the opportunity to visit lockers before first period, pick up their lunch and/or coat before their first elective class, drop off their lunch and/or coat after lunch, and visit their locker at the end of the day. Students will not visit lockers during class or between every class.

Students should come to each class with all required materials, including their charged computer.

Students enrolled in Band & Orchestra classes should continue to use lockers near those classrooms for musical instruments.

HCMS is not responsible for belongings left in lockers and assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles.

School lockers are the property of HCMS and therefore are subject to search at any time.

Locker use may be restricted if students are found to violate CCSD policies in relation to their locker. This may include, but is not limited to, storing inappropriate items in lockers, horseplay, missing class time to visit lockers, and tardiness to class.
