Registrations are taken in the order they are submitted.  Please fill out form as completely as possible.  Please note there is a new class available for PreK only (4-5 years old) which is a 4 day class.  You may also still choose the 2 day program for your PreK child.  Preschool age children (3-4 years old) are offered only 2 days per week.     Once you receive an email stating your child has a confirmed spot, you have 10 days to pay your registration fee. This fee is $60 per child/$85 maximum per family and may be mailed to Care-a-Lot at PO Box 90, Botkins, OH 45306 or can be dropped off at 108 E. South St., Botkins, at Care-a-Lot. There is a drop box on the front porch. The email confirming your child's spot may take up to 2 weeks for you to receive.
