Half Day Reset: Feb 13, 2021
This is a structured half day (4 hours) that includes guided and silent meditation, body scan, mantra/chanting, walking meditation, mindful snack, mindful yoga (think gentle stretching), and time for journaling/self-reflection.

Registration closes February 12th at noon.
Where: Wherever you are! This is a virtual home retreat. A zoom link and other info will be e-mailed upon completion of registration.
