Terms and Conditions: 

1. Booking Confirmation: Event date/time will be confirmed upon receipt of a $100 non-refundable booking fee and signed contract. (The booking fee will be credited towards the total event cost.) 

2. Payment: Remaining balance is due on the day of the event before service begins. 

3. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to confirmed event date. The booking fee is non-refundable. Any amount paid over the booking fee will be refunded if cancellation is made within the agreed upon time frame.

4. Force Majeure: The Traveling Acoffeecary is not responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to, weather related disturbances and other emergencies. 

5. Liability: The Traveling Acoffeecary will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries or losses that occur during the event. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Traveling Acoffeecary and it's employees from any claims arising regarding the event.

Event Pricing Styles: 
Select the option that best suits what you're looking for-

* The Traveling Acoffeecary requires access to event space 1 hour prior to start of event to set up and 1 hour post event for breakdown. 
 
Solo
Host is providing our services for their guests. Host is responsible for full payment.

Doppio
Host is offering our services for their guests to purchase at will. (If anticipated amount is not met through sales, the host is responsible to make up the difference.)
