2017 Glenwood Ave Arts Fest Artist Application
Complete this form to apply for a street space at the 2017 Fest. Do not send payment. Accepted artists will be notified by email beginning the 2nd week of May, 2017 and an invoice will be included with the notice.
Enter your name as you wish it to appear in the day-of-event guide. Maximum of 48 characters. One listing per booth. Booth sharing is allowed but must be indicated at the time of registration. Only one artist may serve as the contact for the booth. Please detail all types of work to be exhibited in the description section of the application so that Fest layout does not locate too many similar artists together.
