Early registration is encouraged due to the limited number of seats in the restaurants where meals will be served during the congress. The organisers guarantee lunches for registered persons on each day of the congress. However, we cannot guarantee that all people will dine at the same place - this will be determined by the order of registration.

The registration fee covers meals and participation in side events. Heads of committees, speakers and moderators are exempt from Congress fee, but not post-Congress trip fee.
