The Fairbanks Fiber Festival is growing! In 2025, we had 2,100 people attend the festival, as well as over 100 people who were either vendors or volunteers, etc. This was a 25% increase from 2024. We expect even more this year and we need more food vendors!
We are looking for 2 food businesses - 1 outdoor food truck vendor and 1 indoor food vendor to serve food out of the third floor kitchen in the Civic Center.
Festival hours are:
Friday: 5pm to 8pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 5pm
**Vendors and volunteers begin arriving at Noon on Friday and at 8:30 am Saturday and Sunday, we would like to have food/drinks available starting no later than 1pm on Friday and 9am on Saturday and Sunday.
Fee:
- Indoor food vendor (operating out of the Civic Center Kitchen) - $200
- Outdoor food truck vendor - $100
Refundable Deposit for all food vendors: $250
This is to help assure that food vendors will be there and and stay for the agreed time (Friday: 1pm to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 5pm). This will be refunded in full after the festival!
