This course, organized by Lawyers for Civil Rights | BizGrow, will guide aspiring food business owners through the details of business planning and launch, food permitting and licensing, branding and marketing, and legal topics specific to food businesses. Participants will explore their concept in depth and map out next steps for their business.

Course runs on Wednesdays at 5pm from March 25th - May 20th

Curriculum includes: Business Planning; Food Production Planning; Entity Formation; Food Liability Insurance; Branding and Canva Practice; Food Business Financials; Permitting, Certifications, and Labeling; Contracts, Invoices and Payment Terms.
