Associated Students (A.S.) Events: Equipment Rental Request & Agreement
All equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis by completing the form below. This form must be submitted for each function you plan to hold. "Standing" reservations will not be accommodated unless authorized by the Events Assistant.
This is an equipment rental request and your reservations will be tentatively scheduled by completing this form. An email confirmation from Associated Students, SJSU, will be sent to you within 5 business days from receiving this form, finalizing the reservation. Groups who fail to return or pick up the equipment at their designated time, may lose privileges to the equipment rental program.
The Events department will be moving to a temporary location in the Student Service Center, and during that time our Equipment Rental Program will have strict pick up and drop off times, that can not be altered.
