Our 2020 event will be entirely indoors this year, so we can all stay out of the hot July heat!

Booth Cost: $250 (Includes space at the event to promote your brand, table, tablecloth, 2 chairs at your booth, ice, and your logo with a link to your website from our event website!)

What do I need to bring?
Disposable sample cups
Ice bucket if you will be sampling chilled products
Small trash can to set in front of your booth and/or dump buckets
Drink recipe cards
Distillery information/flyers
Promotional items and giveaways for up to 400 attendees
Pour spouts (Per Idaho's liquor sampling laws, the venue has requested that all liquor vendors have 0.25 oz measured pour spots on their bottles. Please plan ahead and order these online. Local restaurant supply stores do not have these in stock.)
Liquor sample bottles (Must be purchased through the Idaho State Liquor Division Warehouse, which will have a small white tag on them -AND- you MUST have a receipt for that purchase at your booth, if asked by an Alcohol Beverage Control officer.)

Insurance: Once you apply and pay your booth fee, please send us a copy of your event liability insurance certificate listing "Sip Idaho" and the "Hilton Garden Inn - Downtown Boise" as additional insured for the event. This is a $1 million event policy.

The venue will be open at 2:30pm on Saturday, July 11th, for vendor set up. If you are staying at the hotel and would like to coordinate an earlier set up time, please contact Rachelle.

Please Note: This is a 21+ event. Although we all love babies and pets, they are not allowed in the venue throughout the event.

Important: The Hilton Garden Inn does not allow candles, glitter, confetti, taping or pinning to walls in the venue space. This includes the use of open flame. There is no smoking of cocktails permitted due to fire restrictions. Please make sure to follow these guidelines when decorating and planning your booth to avoid any additional fees.

Per Boise City Code, anyone pouring liquor must be TIPS, SafeServe, SureSell Now, A+ Server Education, or Boise Police Alcohol Server Training certified. The Boise Police Class is free if you live locally. Other classes may be taken online between now and the event, and pricing varies, depending your class choice. Please note in the attendees area below who is certified and bring proof of certification with you to the event. A secondary person may man the booth and talk about the brand, distillery, etc, but not pour. We highly recommend you attend the event and use your time in Idaho to work the market. However, certified bartenders are available for hire for an additional $100/booth space if you can't attend and man a booth space yourself.

Traveling to attend the event and man your own booth? The Hilton Garden Inn has a special room block available for our event July 9th-12th, 2020. You must reserve your room with the link below in order to receive the room block discount, and reservations need to be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event. If you would like to donate swag for the VIP bags, we ask for 200 of each item. Please note that we need all items delivered to us by no later than 7/1/2020 to be included in the bags. You are welcome to ship to us from out of state, or we can arrange a pick up locally.

Parking: There is a downtown Boise parking garage next to the Hilton Garden Inn, as well as various other downtown Boise parking options, which are all pay-to-park. The garage next to the hotel is owed by Park BOI and is located at Front & 11th. The cost is $3 per hour (the first hour is free), and it maxes out at $15 per day (6 hours +). Parking in this garage is free after 5pm on Saturdays. Anyone staying at the hotel can add parking to their room if they would like to. If you are flying in from out of town, there is a free shuttle to/from the hotel and the Boise airport. There is also a free shuttle to anywhere in the downtown Boise area (within a 1 mile radius) for hotel guests. Please utilize this free service, and don't drink and drive. Arrive safely and enjoy your time in town!

Vendor Post-Event Happy Hour: Please tear down your booth and load out immediately following the event. Then, join us for a drink and relax at the Garden Grill & Bar inside the hotel to network with your fellow industry friends! Food and beverages are available for purchase.

Please note: Upon submission of your Vendor Registration Form, your booth fee is due to secure your vendor spot. We prefer that you mail us a check. Please make it out to "Sip Idaho". Otherwise, if you prefer to pay via credit card or bank transfer, you may choose that option below, and we will invoice you with an email link for payment. Your booth space will not be confirmed until we receive your payment.
