Majlis Atfalul Ahmadiyya Canada is collecting the information requested in PIF form to understand Atfal interests in order to align Majlis Atfalul Ahmadiyya Canada programs and offerings. This only requires to be filled once in year and data collected will not be used for any other purposes.

Personally Identifiable data on this form will be retained only for two years and will not be shared internally or with any external organization. It will remain only with National 'Amila/executive body of Majlis Atfalul Ahmadiyya Canada.
